• Business Development – converting potential customers into signed contracts.
• Scheduling site visits, coordinating with clients, and visiting with them
• Negotiations and closure of transactions.
• Maintaining& developing relationships with all prospects & existing customers to generate referrals to achieve sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in Real estate or direct sales will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to do what it takes.

• Should be upfront and possess an a go-getter attitude
• Possession of two-wheelers is a must.
